Revel Rey will gladly accept returns within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please email email@example.com with the order number in the title and item you wish to return. We will process your return and send you a return shipping label. There is a $5 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with sanitary tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for your item will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, which will contain tracking information. Orders which are designated for shipment outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for Import Fees.
