RETURN POLICY:
Chila bags offer exchanges and credit notes as they wants you to be happy with your purchases. They offer credit notes which are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.
Please choose carefully as Chila Bags is unable to provide refunds unless an item is faulty. If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact info@chilabags.com or call us on +57 3128685019 for help making your purchase. Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received. Please note that they are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless an item is faulty.
All returned items must be shipped via express or registered mail to the designers mailing address as below:

If you refuse a shipment from Chila Bags, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Chila Bags. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you provide us with a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for the re-occuring shipping fee.

We are COCO is pleased to welcome, June Wanwasir to its board of brand mentors. June is currently working as retail merchandiser for leather goods and accessories at Prada. In the past she has worked with Alexander McQueen & Vivienne Westwood.
She has over ten years of experience as in-house buyer/merchandiser for designer and luxury brands, with extensive knowledge in the UK, China and Far East markets.
